Plus, when you book within the block, you gain access to important announcements at check-in and any deliveries arranged by exhibitors.

Changes/Cancellations: Hotel will collect a nonrefundable deposit of one night's room rate plus tax. The deposit is applied to the guest's folio at the time the reservation is made. If the guest does not arrive, the one-night nonrefundable deposit will be forfeited.
Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to check-in. You may modify your reservation up to 24 hours prior to check-in.

Scammers may call or email CCSAD attendees, faculty, and exhibitors, claiming to represent CCSAD or CCSAD vendors and encouraging participants to book rooms using fake promotion companies with names like “Exhibitor Housing Services” or “Convention Hotel Services.” They may know a lot about the meeting and may even alter the caller ID to make it look like CCSAD or HMP is calling. Those targeted by these scammers are told housing is filling up or almost sold out and rooms should be booked with them immediately. CCSAD, HMP, and our host hotels will never call you to solicit hotel reservations. Any legitimate message to attendees will direct them to the conference’s Travel & Hotel Information page, where participants will use secure links to our approved hotel blocks. HMP respects your privacy and will never post conference attendees' or exhibitors' personal information online. Please note that rooms booked through any other source are at your own risk.
