The conference does not sell or rent attendee/exhibitor email lists. If you receive an email or phone call from someone offering attendee/exhibitor lists, it is a scam. If you receive this type of solicitation, please forward it to your sales representative.
Also, HMP is the conference's official housing provider. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any housing provider other than HMP is not approved by conference management. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate. Please report any unauthorized solicitation to Kim McLaughlin at kmclaughlin@hmpglobal.com. We do our best to keep an eye on these offenders. We send them cease-and-desist requests and report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Please note that rooms booked through any source other than HMP are at your own risk.
